Deposits

Deposits are non refundable or transferable.
Deposits are made to confirm and secure as your commitment to your scheduled appointment.

Moving an Appointment

If you wish to rearrange your appointment, a notice period of 48 hours must be given. Failure to do so or attend the booking will result in the loss of your deposit.

Terms of Service

By making an appointment you are agreeing to the following:

You are not pregnant, potentially pregnant or breast feeding.

You do not suffer from any medical or skin conditions that may interfere with the tattoo or tattooing process.

You will not attend any appointment(s) under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

You acknowledge it is not reasonably possible for the tattoo artist (Sam Owen) to determine whether you may have any allergic reactions to the pigments or processes used during the process of your tattoo; and also agree to accept the risk that such reaction is possible.

You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided to you by Sam Owen. If you are unsure about anything during the healing process you will contact Sam Owen, and not seek advice from anywhere else such as a friend or Google.

You acknowledge that infections are a possible outcome after being tattooed, especially in the event that you do not follow the advised tattoo aftercare instructions.

If a touch up is required, the first touch up will be free within the first 2 months with no extra cost to the client, providing they have not neglected the tattoo and have followed the advised aftercare instructions.

You understand that Sam Owen reserves all rights to any photos/videos taken of your tattoo or tattoo procedure.

You acknowledge that the application of a tattoo is a permanent change to your body/appearance and can not be removed once applied.

Your acknowledge you do not have any physical or mental impairment or disability which may affect your decision to have a tattoo.

You confirm you are over the age of eighteen (18) years old and consent to the application of the tattoo and any action or conduct that is necessary to perform the tattoo procedure.

You acknowledge by consenting to these terms and conditions/service, and booking an appointment, that you understand and agree clearly with all information presented and assume/take all responsibility for your decision in booking and obtaining a tattoo from Sam Owen. Furthermore, that you have been given the full opportunity to ask any and all questions which you may have regarding having a tattoo.
